Recognizing that the relationship between therapist and client is one of the most important factors for client change, the fit between us is incredibly important to us. We understand that we are not going to be a fit for everyone and as a result, we offer a free phone consultation (up to 20 minutes) to get an idea if we will be able to work together effectively.
Session Rates
Registered Psychologists
The rate for meeting with one of our Registered Psychologists
( or ) is $210/50 minute session. This rate is slightly below the standard rate set out by the Psychologist's Association of Alberta.

These sessions can be claimed under most extended health benefit plans.
Insurance & Direct Billing
Psychological services are not covered by Alberta Health Services, however, most Extended Health Benefit Plans will provide some coverage. Please check with your specific plan prior to booking to determine what coverage you might have or to coordinate benefits if you have more than one provider. We direct bill to many insurance companies, however, if your insurance company is not on the list below, a receipt will be issued for you to be able to claim the expense for reimbursement.
For sessions with our Registered Psychologists, direct billing is available to the following insurance companies:

- First Canadian
- Group Source
- Group Health
- Cowan
- CINUP
*Provisionally Registered Psychologists can only direct bill to Alberta Blue Cross at this time*
If you need to cancel/reschedule an appointment, 24 hours notice is required. If the session is cancelled within the 24 hour window prior to your appointment, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. No show appointments with no notice are billed at the full rate for the session.
